3rd Annual PEAKS to Conga Bicycle Ride

68 Miles - Absaroka Bicycle parking lot to Shell, WY

PEAKS to Conga is a fun, non-competitive, relatively easy (no mountain passes) 68 mile bicycle ride from Cody to Shell, WY to raise money for PEAKS, aka "People Everywhere Are Kind & Sharing". The PEAKS bike riders join up with the Conga motorcycle riders who spend three days in Shell raising money for breast cancer research. The ride is fully supported - all you need is your bike, helmet, and riding gear.

P.E.A.K.S. - People Everywhere Are Kind & Sharing

PEAKS is a non-profit volunteer organization founded in 1988 to raise money for cancer patients in need.

Many people facing the challenge of cancer do not have the financial resources to pay for daily treatment-related costs such as lodging, transportation, food and other living expenses. PEAKS members organize a variety of fundraising events throughout the year. The funds raised by PEAKS go specifically to these people in need.




St. Vincent Healthcare Foundation manages PEAKS funds and administers the grants to cancer patients. Social workers from ALL local healthcare providers can submit a grant application from their patients that are in need of financial assistance.










HOW WE HELP

PEAKS offers financial support to cancer patients in need for non-medical expenses.

  • PEAKS helps with daily living expenses, such as groceries, rent, utilities and daycare.
  • PEAKS can provide assistance with transportation and lodging during treatment.
  • Social workers from local healthcare providers can submit a grant appication from their patients that are in need of financial assistance.

Since its establishment in the spring of 1988, PEAKS has raised more than half a million dollars for cancer patients in Montana and Wyoming!
